Title: Recommendations for best LiPo charger?

Does anyone have experience with a good charger you would recommend?  It needs to be able to accept AC and DC input.  Mainly for LiPo batteries as I have my other types of batteries covered.

Check out some old issues of the Ampeer (EFO Website).  Ken Meyer has reviewed several chargers and knows what's new out there.  I big factor in choosing a charger is the number of cells and capacities of the packs you want to charge, and how fat you want to charge them.

Email Ken, give him this info, and he will probably have a few recommendations for you.
